These Terms & Conditions apply to the MBDTECH LTD website, services, project inquiries, start project forms, marketplace listings, ready-to-launch apps, templates, AI tools, client portal, deployment support, and all related communication channels.

1. Company Services

MBDTECH LTD provides digital services including website development, mobile app development, software solutions, AI tools, marketplace products, ready-made apps, deployment support, customization, technical consultation, and related digital services.

2. Website Information

Website content is provided for general business information. We try to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content, prices, availability, features, or timelines are always complete, current, or error-free.

3. Project Requests and Quotations

Submitting a contact form, start project form, marketplace inquiry, or consultation request does not create a binding contract. A project starts only after scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing.

4. Payments

Payments, deposits, milestones, and final balances are agreed separately for each project, product, or service. Work may not begin, continue, or be delivered until required payment has been received and confirmed.

5. No Refund Policy for Started Work

Once a project has started, work has been scheduled, resources have been allocated, digital files have been delivered, source code has been shared, customization has begun, deployment support has started, or a ready-made product has been transferred, payments are generally non-refundable.

6. Digital Products and Ready-to-Launch Apps

Marketplace products, templates, ready-made apps, source code, digital assets, and ownership transfer items are sold as digital products. Due to the nature of digital delivery, such purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access, files, transfer, or delivery has been provided.

7. Customization and Change Requests

Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional cost and time. Changes requested after approval, delivery, or milestone completion may be treated as new work.

8. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing. Delays may occur due to client response time, third-party services, app store reviews, hosting issues, API problems, payment delays, or changes in requirements.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, required content, login access, branding assets, payment details, approvals, and feedback on time. MBDTECH LTD is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, or third-party account restrictions.

10. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve hosting providers, app stores, APIs, payment gateways, analytics tools, email services, AI services, or other third-party platforms. MBDTECH LTD is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account bans, review delays, fees, or service limitations.

11. App Store, Hosting, and Deployment

Deployment support may be provided where agreed, but approval by app stores, hosting platforms, payment gateways, or third-party services is not guaranteed. Final approval depends on the policies of those platforms.

12. Ownership and Source Code

Ownership, source code access, licensing, transfer rights, and usage rights depend on the specific agreement, product, or service purchased. Full ownership transfer applies only where clearly agreed and paid for.

13. Support and Maintenance

Support is provided according to the agreed package or service terms. Ongoing maintenance, updates, bug fixes after delivery, server costs, API costs, and third-party fees may require separate payment unless included in writing.

14. Limitation of Liability

MBDTECH LTD is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, lost revenue, data loss, third-party service failure, search engine ranking changes, app store rejection, hosting downtime, or issues caused by client changes, third-party tools, or unauthorized modifications.

15. No Guarantee of Earnings or Results

Any examples, marketplace information, app listing details, estimated earnings, traffic claims, or performance figures are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee revenue, downloads, rankings, approvals, conversions, or business results.

16. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services, products, website, or delivered work for illegal activity, fraud, spam, copyright infringement, malware, unauthorized data collection, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party policies.

17. Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has started, completed milestones, allocated time, consultation, planning, design, development, deployment, or delivered digital work may remain chargeable and non-refundable.

18. Updates to Terms

MBDTECH LTD may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
